[useradd] Adding user fails in vserver

Hello,

I just figured out, that adding a user with "useradd <username>"
fails with "useradd: cannot rewrite password file".

vs1:~ # lsattr /etc/passwd
------------ /etc/passwd

Is this already known and how do I avoid this?
