Instructor-Led Training Over the Internet
Students and instructors gather in a virtual classroom accessed through the Internet. Our instructors guide students through the
course material in real time. A certified instructor answers questions. Students can sit in the comfort of their office or home and
view the entire instructor's slides and software from their own computer. This is an inexpensive and convenient method to receive training. Classes
are limited to three students. If this is the student's first class, they must take the HSPcomplete overview class.

Classroom Training
Training in a classroom setting is led by a certified instructor either at the customer's site or at the SWsoft training
center.
