Large Sales Staff. Without HSPcomplete, HSPs and iDC have to use direct sales model and thus employ large sales staff in order to bring any kind of significant revenues. Another negative result of direct sales model is inability to reach SMB for which costs of customer acquisition is too high compared with potential revenues.

HSPcomplete has a built-in support for resellers, allowing HSPs to effectively double or triple their sales staff without increasing the cost; as well as allowing HSPs to reach out to 8.3 mln of SMB in the US through in-direct channels. HSPcomplete allows those resellers to become Virtual HSPs, thus double-isolating customers from complexity of technical operations on the hardware and OS layers.
