SWsoft Spins-off Consulting Practice to add value to Client Base

A breakthrough to be the only fully vertically integrated business solution provider in South East Asia

Singapore - March 12, 2001 - SWsoft Pte Ltd, the leading supplier of application development, deployment and management products and services for high performance companies worldwide, today announces to spun off their consulting team into SWsoft Consulting Division.

Since the end of 1997 SWsoft focused their business development efforts on the software and telecommunication engineering business, as well as in the development of a consulting practice focused on SME's. Today, SWsoft is a multinational company with headquarters in Singapore and offices in USA and Europe.

Carlo who has just come over from ePartners, the leading US provider of Mid-Market solutions, where he held the position of Director of International Consulting, will manage the Consulting Division. Carlo also brings a wealth of corporate and international experience in the Financial and Oil Industries having worked for companies such as JP Morgan, Agip and Enron and having worked in Europe, USA, South America, Africa, and Asia.

SWsoft Consulting Division will continue its partnership with Solomon Software South East Asia, which had been established with SWsoft Singapore in 1995. SWsoft Consulting Division views this partnership as instrumental to continue to deliver the same high standard solutions that it has been delivering, as well as giving it a flexible and scalable ERP solution that really works. Solomon also allows SWsoft Consulting Division to deploy ASP solutions with confidence in achieving high performance.

In addition to Solomon, the Consulting Division is strengthening its relationship with Microsoft in Asia, as well as new relationships with Great Plains Software and other Software Publishers. This will enable SWsoft Consulting Division to become the only fully vertically integrated business solutions provider in South East Asia focusing on the SME space.
