Experience and Expertise
Mr. Beloussov brings over ten years of experience as a venture investor, entrepreneur and business executive covering various industries - from PC manufacturing to complex IT professional services. He co-founded his first multimillion-dollar company while still a post-graduate student of MIPT and, in 1995, founded the S&W group of companies and grew it to a multi-million dollar high-tech enterprise. He has established more than ten international offices and start-up companies, each becoming profitable less than a year after inception. The technology division, SWsoft, includes affiliate companies Solomon Software SEA, and SWsoft Consulting Division. He also participated in the development of Infra Telesystems. Since 2001, Serguei has focused entirely on the HSPcomplete solution .

Craig Oda Vice President, Business Development
Experience and Expertise Mr. Oda brings over ten years of management experience in early and mid-stage technology companies. Prior to joining SWsoft, Oda was Vice President, Business Development at Turbolinux, where he was also responsible for global product marketing, product management and global alliances. Craig opened the Silicon Valley headquarters of Turbolinux in 1998 and was instrumental in its rapid global expansion. Prior to Turbolinux, Craig was president and representative director of TWICS, a pioneering technology company that opened the first public ISP in Japan. Under Oda’s management, TWICS showed consistent profit and revenue growth for each of the three years prior to acquisition. In 1998 the profitable company was acquired by PSINet and merged into Inter.net, yielding investors significant ROI.

Experience and Expertise Mr. Protassov oversees the development of the HSPcomplete solution. He has more than seven years relevant experience in software engineering ina wide range of development environments such as Windows, Novell Netware and UNIX operating systems. He has managed several engineering projects for SWsoft involving leading software and operating platforms such as Cassandra, an option risk management software, Solomon IV, BeOS, and Pervasive. In 2000, he led the development of ASPLinux, SWsoft's version of the Linux O/S, which is now shipped in three editions in ten countries. The development team includes over 40 engineers. Contact

Experience and Expertise Mr. Tsibrovski has ten years experience working in Windows, Unix and embedded systems development and design. More specifically, his expertise lies in the design and development of ERP packages, transaction and relational DBMS engines, Windows DNA, internet applications and porting to and from Unix.

Oleg Melnikov General Manager, Internet Development

Experience and Expertise Mr. Melinkov has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in Internet technologies, Internet applications design and development, e-business solutions, computer graphics and installation wizards. He has considerable experience in all stages of software design development, from requirements definition to Quality Assurance and post-release maintenance. He has managed several engineering projects for SWsoft, including the release of version 2.8 of the Solomon IV software, the e-commerce application for Pervasive South East Asia, Avalanche and Everest. He also currently manages SWsoft's Web portals ASPstreet.com and HSPstreet.com, with upwards of 40 people on a team. Under his management, these Websites performed well within the target markets, giving rise to a powerful search engine.

Alexander Tormasov Chief Scientist

Experience and Expertise Mr. Tormasov is now an associated professor in MIPT, Chair of Computational Mathematics. He is in charge of all advanced computer science education in MIPT. He works with six post-graduate students, two of them defend a PhD thesis in 2001 in the development of distributed Internet-wide peer-to-peer decentralized data storage and advanced 3D visualization algorithms. He has published more than 40 articles in various academic scientific journals.

Andrey Savochkin System and Security Architect

Experience and Expertise Mr. Savochkin has been a Linux kernel developer since 1996, with expertisein network protocol implementation, clustering support in Linux and BSD kernels and security-related system level software for Linux. Recent projects include Pluggable Non-Interactive Authentication Modules, security-oriented Libra FTP server and ACache Web cache, in addition to special O/S kernel development for fault tolerant clusters and adaptation of the Linux Kernel to custom hardware architectures. Currently, heauthors portions of the Linux kernel TCP code, co-authors the resource control code and the Intel EtherExpress100 network cards driver.

Alexey Kuznetsov Chief Software Engineer

Experience and Expertise Mr. Kuznetsov has been a Linux kernel developer since 1995.He brings resident knowledge in Network protocols to SWsoft, in addition to Internet routing, traffic control, quality of service, TCP, IPv6, independent networking transport and high speed networking. Recent projects: zero copying framework for the Linux 2.4 kernel. Currently, Kuznetsov authors portions of the Linux kernel networking code, and maintains the Linux kernel networking core (TCP/IP and IPv6), the IP routing and traffic control, in addition to miscellaneous utilities.Kuznetsov was recently featured in the Wired Magazine article, “Open War” See the article at:
