In the section entitled - "Specific rules for the .net.uk SLD"
in paragraph 2.1
2.1 This SLD is only to hold only the computers of network providers, that is the network information centre (NIC) and network operation centre (NOC) computers, the administrative computers, and the network node computers.
"is only to hold only" is not Plain English. Maybe "is only available to hold the computers of ..." or "is only available to network providers ... " would be more readily understood.
