NON-MEMBERS TAG HOLDERS MEMBERS
A Tag is an alphanumeric string used to identify the source of e-mail messages sent to the Automaton.
To obtain a Tag, you need to complete and submit an application form and then sign the terms of Nominet's Tag Holder Agreement. At the same time you are automatically applying to open a credit account with Nominet.
When your application is received, Nominet will take up bank and trade references with the referees you are asked to provide, and will then send you a copy of the Tag Holder Agreement for your signature.
On receipt of the signed Agreement and satisfactory references, Nominet's customer support department will contact you to set up your PGP Key. When this is activated, you can start to process Domain Name applications through the Automaton.
