In a very few cases the leverage provided by the domain registration is enough to ensure that both parties to a dispute are focussed on a proper resolution. We would therefore prefer an explicit period allowed to expire before Nominet steps in. We would therefore like to see the addition of a phrase similar to 'and act upon your request after thirty days.' at the end of the amended para 9.1 in the Terms and Conditions. Andrew Steele
