I have just read the March edition of the IoD Policy and see that you are inviting comments on the above review.

As a lawyer involved in domain name/trade mark disputes I am wholly supportive of your initiative.I have in the past experienced difficulty in having bad faith registrations transferred even with the support of a court interdict/injunction.

Anything that speeds up the process is welcome,particularly where it is cheaper than going to court.

Wishing you all success - I await the new system with anticipation.
