Job Opportunities Operations Council of Management - Executive Chairman - Managing Director - Non Executive Directors PAB		A Council of Management (CoM), the equivalent of a Board of Directors in a shareholding company, is responsible for making strategic and policy decisions. The CoM comprises two full-time executive Directors and four non-executive Directors who are elected at the Company's Annual General Meeting. The CoM meets regularly to discuss strategic, policy and operational issues and the reports from the meetings are archived below.
