Acted for E-Loan Limited in a domain name case brought against it by Lloyds Bank plc. Trade marks practice Acts for a variety of companies in both disputes and advising on trade mark strategy. Extensive experience in Trade Marks Registry proceedings, including acting for Visa International in the well-known case relating to VISA condoms.
