PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am an academic lawyer with five years teaching and research experience in higher education within the United Kingdom. I have chosen to specialise in Information Technology and Internet Law, in particular the workings of the domain name system. I have to date written three academic papers looking at the Domain Name System, two academic conference papers and four professional journal papers. I am currently working on two further academic papers looking at the ICANN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Process and am engaged upon a project reviewing the first two years operation of the ICANN processes for later publication as a book.
