Practice Profile

Practices principally in the Technology and Construction Court in three main areas, namely Building and Engineering Works, Professional Indemnity, and Information Technology. In addition he has a substantial Arbitration practice. Having had a very broad experience of common law/commercial work as a Junior, he is also occasionally instructed in areas of work outside his present specialities.

Has acted as Arbitrator or legal assessor in a number of arbitrations arising out of construction and engineering disputes. He sits as a Deputy Judge of the TCC, is a TECBAR accredited Adjudicator and an ADR certificated Negotiator and Mediator. He is a Nominet-UK accredited Domain Name dispute resolution expert.
